Update on Senator Claire McCaskill’s Table-TalkGate

See here the must read on Senator Claire McCaskill’s Table-Talk Gate.  The following post, published on The Boston Gazette, clearly explains why the Senator’s “apparent no recording policy” censorship is a direct violation on the law.

From Judicial Watch: Court Rules Citizens Can Record Police (And other Governmental Officials).

As far as how I’m doing after the incident, Friday afternoon, I began experiencing chest pains on the left side of my chest.  As prone as I am to panic attacks, I spent the entire night trying to convince myself it was not my heart.  My husband assured me that the pains were most likely muscular.  They continues throughout the day, all day Saturday, and I am still experiencing them now.

Because I truly believe that I have at least a few years ahead of me before I spend my birthday visiting doctors instead of spending time with my family, I am stubbornly waiting out one more day before getting it checked out, in hopes that the pain subsides by then, and it truly is simply muscular, as opposed to a bruised rib, or worse after the injuries I sustained on Senator McCaskill’s watch.

And, yes, I do have an attorney.
